    • Plot inspections/tightening up on cultivation requirements
    • Increased costs for cleaning up abandoned/overgrown plots – we have recently successfully charged a leaving member for the cost of cleaning up their plot
    • Proposal to increase rents in September 2026 to £40/£20 per year

    • Secretary & Treasurer to be elected individually
    • Remaining Committee members to be elected ‘en bloc’
