  6. Update on lease with Oxford City Council and making the Association a Cooperative (see notice from ODFAA and answers to allotment-related questions to OCC at a public meeting this week)

  7. Twenty Pound Meadow water supply repairs, and wider issues surrounding Botley Road closure, repairs to the west Oxford water main, and the flood prevention scheme

  8. Election of new Committee/Officers

    • Secretary & Treasurer to be elected individually
    • Remaining Committee members to be elected ‘en bloc’
